Who we are

flylab designs and builds websites and software, based in Athens. We are the data controller for the data described on this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form yourself: your name, your email or phone number, the type of business you run and the message you write.

There is no user account, we never ask for payment details, and we collect nothing from your visit on our own.

Why we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry and discuss working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We send no newsletter, run no marketing campaigns, and never sell or pass your details to anyone for advertising.

Where it goes

The form does not send your data straight to us. It passes through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which forwards it to our inbox and acts as a processor on our behalf. The transfer is encrypted and may involve servers outside the European Economic Area.

Once forwarded, your message sits in our email. We do not copy it into any other database or tool.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies, has no analytics and carries no tracking pixels. That is why you will not see a consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

The fonts are hosted on our own server, so your IP address is not sent to any third party when the page loads. The site makes no external call at all until the moment you press send on the form.

How long we keep it

Messages that do not lead to a project are deleted within twelve months. If we do work together, your contact details are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Write to us and we'll take care of it — you do not need to justify the request.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
